This time around, we decided to try out one of those single-serve coffee makers that have been so popular in recent years.I’ve actually always been pretty against them because the idea of making just one cup of coffee at a time seemed silly, but we decided to see what the fuss was about.

We ended up going with the Tassimo type of single-serve coffee maker.You’ll love this simple trick because it really works!.

OK, this is REALLY one of those “why didn’t I think of this” kind of moments for me.You’ll be looking for recipes that require you to separate your eggs,  just so you can do this little trick to separate egg whites from the yolks.. First, you need eggs.. Then, you need a water bottle, or any kind of flexible plastic bottle will do.. Make sure you drink all your water and clean the bottle out..
